These Terms of Sale govern the purchase of subscriptions and services from FasterFixes, operated by Manuel Coffin, sole proprietor registered in France (SIRET: 88516654600014), located at 93 rue Robert, 69006 Lyon, France.
As a sole proprietor, FasterFixes is exempt from VAT under Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (Code Général des Impôts).
Service description
FasterFixes provides a subscription-based feedback collection and management tool for web applications. The features included in each plan are described on the pricing page of the website.
Pricing
Prices are displayed in euros and are net of tax (TVA non applicable, article 293 B du CGI).
We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect active subscriptions until the next renewal period. You will be notified of any price changes at least 30 days before they take effect.
Subscription and payment
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected). Payment is processed by Stripe and is due at the beginning of each billing period.
By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel your subscription.
If payment fails, we may suspend access to the Service after a reasonable grace period and notification.
Free trial
If a free trial is offered, you may use the Service at no charge during the trial period. At the end of the trial, your subscription will begin and you will be charged unless you cancel before the trial expires.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Articles L221-18 to L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, consumers located in the European Union have a right of withdrawal within 14 days of purchase, without needing to provide a reason.
To exercise this right, contact us at support@faster-fixes.com with your account details and a clear statement of your decision to withdraw. We will process your refund within 14 days using the same payment method.
If you have explicitly requested that the Service begin during the withdrawal period and you subsequently exercise your right of withdrawal, you may be charged a proportional amount for the service provided up to the date of withdrawal.
Exception: In accordance with Article L221-28-1° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply if the Service has been fully performed during the withdrawal period with your prior express consent and acknowledgment that you will lose your right of withdrawal.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
- You will not be charged for the next billing period
- No pro-rata refund is issued for the remaining time in the current period
Refunds
Outside of the right of withdrawal described above, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@faster-fixes.com for any refund request.
Service availability
We commit to making reasonable efforts to ensure the availability and proper functioning of the Service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for indirect damages, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Personal data
Personal data collected in the context of a purchase is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Data is used to manage your subscription, process payments, and send transactional communications.
Applicable law and disputes
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law.
In accordance with Articles L611-1 and R612-1 of the French Consumer Code, in the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved directly with us, you may refer the matter to a consumer mediator. The list of approved mediators is available at: https://www.economie.gouv.fr/mediation-conso.
Any unresolved disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Lyon, France.
