These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of FasterFixes ("the Service"), operated by Manuel Coffin, sole proprietor registered in France, located at 93 rue Robert, 69006 Lyon, France.

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Description of the Service

FasterFixes is a feedback collection tool for web applications. The Service provides:

A website widget that allows end-users to submit visual feedback directly on a webpage
Automatic capture of contextual information (screenshots, page URL, browser metadata)
A dashboard for developers to review, organize, and manage feedback

Account

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to keep this information up to date.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or related systems
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
Use the Service to collect, store, or process data in violation of applicable data protection laws
Embed the FasterFixes widget on websites that contain illegal or harmful content
Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without prior written consent

Intellectual property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including its design, code, documentation, and branding, are owned by FasterFixes. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or other brand features.

You retain ownership of all content and data you submit to the Service, including feedback content and project data.

When you embed the FasterFixes widget on your website, your end-users may interact with it to submit feedback. You are responsible for informing your end-users about the data collection that occurs through the widget, in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

You acknowledge that the widget captures screenshots and browser metadata from your end-users as part of its functionality.

Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FasterFixes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with reasonable notice. If we terminate your account without cause, we will provide a pro-rata refund for any prepaid fees.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you may stop using the Service and delete your account.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall be submitted to the competent courts of Lyon, France.
